How to Upgrade Your Account
To access some of our more advanced features, you need to upgrade your account tier membership.
Please note that a minimum of 10 devices is required for the Elite plan.
Steps to Upgrade
- Open the TelemetryTV app and log in with your Administrator credentials.
- From the dashboard, go to the Settings area of the app.
- Locate the Billing section in the menu.
- Click on Subscription Settings to view and modify your current plan.
- Choose the desired Tier Plan from the list of available options.
- Select the Billing Term (monthly or annual). Enter the number of devices (minimum 10 for Elite) and users you require.
- Check the Billing Rate to ensure it matches your expectations.
- Confirm your changes to finalize the upgrade.
