Recommended Hardware for Multiple Screens (video matrixes and video walls)

What is the recommended hardware for a single player to drive 8 screens with a 64x18 aspect ratio, running TelemetryTV OS?

For 8 displays with a 64x18 aspect ratio, you will likely need a video matrix that supports video walls.

You can use a Video Wall Processor that has a single HDMI input and supports 8 HDMI outputs in a 2x4 format (64x18).

These video wall processors typically cost between $500-$600. The device connected to the video wall processor can be any TelemetryTV OS supported device.

How can I set up a 1x3 video wall using TelemetryOS Boxes?

The TelemetryOS Box has 2 native built-in HDMI output ports and supports 2 displays.

You can add more displays using a Video Matrix. Video matrixes are a great way to use one device to connect to many different displays via a device called a video wall processor.

Alternatively, you can use 2 separate TelemetryOS Boxes to connect to the 3 displays using the 2 native HDMI ports on the TelemetryOS Box for a Video Wall.

Do you have a recommended list of non-touch screens?

Any television that is able to connect to your device via HDMI will be compatible with our software, so it will depend on the type of display you want (resolution etc.).

Monitor Displaying Sideways

How can I resolve the issue of my monitor displaying sideways?

Go to the TelemetryOS device on the back of your screens and plug a keyboard and mouse into the device.
From there, navigate to the TOS settings option.
Select the Screen Layout tab.
Then select Rotate and rotate 90 degrees or trial and error until the images are oriented correctly.

Rotating my Display

How can I rotate the display in TelemetryTV?

You can rotate the display by accessing the TelemetryOS settings of the device (using either a mouse or keyboard):

Go to the TelemetryOS device on the back of your screens and plug a keyboard and mouse into the device.
From there, navigate to the TOS settings option.
Select the Screen Layout tab and change the screen rotation.

How long after I order the hardware box does it ship?

Shippers should provide you with a tracking number and provide an estimate for arrival. Usually a rough estimate of shipping time is 1.5 to 2.5 weeks.
