Contact App

Add personalized contact information to your playlist

The Contact App is the best way to display all of your contact information in one place. Show your social handles, phone number, email, and even QR codes on a customized screen. Here's how:

Adding the Contact App

  1. From the lefthand taskbar navigate to the Apps tab.
  2. Select the Contact App from the available list of apps or click the Create button to select a new app.
  3. Click the Next button.

Configuring Your Contact App

Add the information you'd like to display in the relevant fields. You can leave fields blank if you do not want to display certain information.

Shared

  • Share This App: Toggle this to on for sharing the Contact app with other Playlists. If this content is not shared then it is only saved on this Playlist.
  • Share in Folder: This drop-down menu allows you to select the folder to share this Contact app into.
  • App Label: The identifier for this specific Contact. Particularly handy if you have a collection of apps already.

Properties

  • Title: The title to display on top of the contact information.
  • Facebook: Enter the Facebook page ID to display on the contact.
  • Instagram: Enter the Instagram user name to display on the contact.
  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number to display on the contact.
  • Address: Enter the address to display on the contact.
  • Link: Enter a URL to a webpage or your social media page to add to the contact.
  • QR Code: Enter a URL to generate it into a QR code on the contact.

Font

  • Font: Select a font set to use for the contact. Not all languages support all the font sets.

Background

  • Background Type: Click the Background thumbnail to launch the background selection model. Select from our preloaded library of images and videos, or upload your own.
  • Hide Background Box: Toggle this to on to hide the context semi-transparent background box.

Alignment

  • Horizontal Alignment: Click the text block horizontal alignment, either Left, Center, Right, or Justified.
  • Vertical Alignment: Click the text block vertical alignment, either Top, Center, or Bottom.

Click the Create button to preview your app!
