Subscription Management

As TelemetryTV rolls out new plans and features, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with these changes.

Customers have a wide variety of feature usages and we try to create plans that cater the most common use cases. Any subscription management is your own responsibility.

To summarize, we are authorized to perform the following:

• By purchasing a paid service, you agree that TelemetryTV can bill your credit card for fees, taxes, and charges based on current billing terms. If payment is not received, TelemetryTV may suspend or terminate your access and the agreement.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable, paid in U.S. dollars, and based on the service purchased rather than actual usage.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew for the same duration unless terminated before renewal. TelemetryTV will charge your card for each renewal, and you must provide updated credit card details.
• You may cancel at any time, avoiding future fees, but advance payments are non-refundable. Plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) adjust charges or credits accordingly. Downgrades may result in loss of content, features, or capacity, with TelemetryTV not liable for such losses.
• By using the site, you consent to receive electronic communications for fees, transactions, and service-related information, which fulfill legal communication requirements.
