Troubleshooting common admin issues

Missing Emails For Affiliates

An affiliate has not received an email from Telemetry yet.

The affiliate must be correctly set up using the instructions here, and provisioned correctly as well.

To link an an existing account as an affiliate without losing the content from that account, you need to create an API token on the existing account and use the link account option on the Affiliates page.

Change Organization Name

Device organization names and locations can only be modified by admin users of the TelemetryTV account.

To change device organization names, first go to the Devices page.

Locate the device Organization drop-down menu on the top left of your screen, select the one you would like to change and click the 3 dots icon to rename it.

Permission or Group Changes

If you need to set or change your Permissions, check out the Groups page.
