The TelemetryTV InfoBar App is a versatile tool that allows you to display essential information such as a clock, weather updates, messages, RSS Feeds, and more, all in a single scrolling zone on your playlist page. Here's how to make the most of it:

Twitter Integration Unavailable: Unfortunately, due to recent Twitter API access limitations, the Twitter feature is no longer compatible with TelemetryTV or any other platform. Therefore, we have temporarily removed the Twitter App from our app library. For further details, please visit this link.

Setting Up the InfoBar App

  1. Create an InfoBar App:

    • You can create an InfoBar App directly from your playlist using the panel on the right.
    • Alternatively, go to the "Shared Content" section and click "Create." Search for "InfoBar" to quickly locate the app.

  2. Show Clock: Toggle on "Show Clock" if you want to display the current time.

  3. Show Weather: Toggle on "Show Weather" and enter a city in the required field to display weather information.

  4. Transition Interval: Set the desired "Transition Interval." This controls the transition speed between messages and RSS Feeds.

  5. Refresh Interval: Optionally, set the "Refresh Interval" to determine how often updates are fetched from an RSS Feed.

  6. Enable Messages: By default, "Enable Messages" is toggled on. You can add messages using text, and even include multiple messages by clicking "add message."

  7. Enable RSS Feed: By default, "Enable RSS Feed" is toggled on. Fill in the Feed URL field to select the RSS Feed you want to display.

  8. Enable Twitter: Please note that the Twitter feature is currently unavailable. The Twitter App has been permanently disabled. For more information, please visit this link.

  9. Font: Choose a font from the drop-down list and customize the color to your liking.

  10. Background: Select a background image by clicking the thumbnail under "Default Background." You can choose from our background library or upload a custom background.

  11. Semitransparent Box: Toggle this option to show or hide the semitransparent box around the screen content.

  12. Click "Create": Once you've configured your InfoBar App to your satisfaction, click "Create," and your InfoBar App is ready to be displayed.

Examples of InfoBar App Usage

  • InfoBar in the Bottom Zone: Place the InfoBar at the bottom of your playlist for easy access to essential information.
  • InfoBar on the Left Side Zone: Opt for a left-side placement to keep your audience informed without obstructing the main content.
